We acknowledge the importance of a smooth transition from physical rehabilitation to return-to-sport training. For this to occur, effective communication between clinical provider, coach, and athlete must exist. This can be difficult with traditional rehabilitation as insurance does not cover fitness/wellness and only provide limited in-person sessions. We offer month-to-month consultation services with frequent check-ups, program modification/periodization, and progressive overload to assist in the transition to training with primary coaches.
